Superintendent Phillip Hamilton, Sr., is a highly anointed, dynamic messenger of God who preaches the word in season and out of season!  His wife, Missionary Shelia Hamilton, continues to be a blessing to him, the congregation, and the ministry.  Elder Hamilton successfully serves as the Superintendent of the Knoxville District.
